In the last 7 years FYH has introduced over five new patented designs or improvements for mounted bearing units. FYH has also continued to advance the technology that goes into manufacturing our bearings by continually tightening our tolerances and designing new machining processes. FYH is the only mounted bearing unit manufacturer that produces all our inserts and housings under one roof. This manufacturing process allows for a perfect fit between our insert and housings that allows for 100% percent interchangeability without the need for anti-rotation pins. This is the ball bearing version of our patented revolutionary locking system, Z LOCK. The new series is called ZK and utilizes a tapered bore UK insert with our original Z LOCK sleeve instead of a traditional adaptor sleeve. The units are pre-assembled at the factory and are ready to use straight out of the box unlike traditional units that have separate inserts and adaptor sleeves. The installation of ZK units is extraordinary. ZK uses one key to tighten just two set screws by hand.
